After nearly a decade of working for a global publishing company, Stephen became a personal trainer at Soho Gyms in London in the 1990's. He then began to explore the field of Personal Development and gained his formal NLP and coaching certification with Christopher Howard Training. Stephen is ever more passionate about his work as a coach - "I get a fantastic buzz from seeing my coaching clients achieve the results they've been looking for", he said recently.
