- My fee is £100.00 per hour. This needs to be paid twenty four hours before your session commences either via, cheque, credit/debit card (paypal) or cash. Discounts are available for clients buying blocks of sessions in advance.
- Time
- The time that you invest in your coaching is very important. You need to arrive on time. A session will usually last for one hour, though thirty minute sessions are available if required. How much time do you need to allow yourself to think about our session afterwards? How much time will you need to fulfil any goals we agree?
- Emotion
- You can expect emotional shifts and powerful insights during Life Coaching. Are you prepared to embrace these shifts and insights in a way that will benefit you and your life?
