Life Coaching FAQ

1) Is coaching cost effective?
In my experience, yes, it's a great investment. A good question to ask yourself is how much your issue or problem is actually costing you in real terms.
2) Does Coaching mean digging around in my past?
It's actually very forward looking. It's about deciding what you want for your future and being coached along the path to achieving your goals.
3) How long does it take?
Obviously, it depends on the presenting issue. Smoking, for example, would be fast - a couple of sessions. If, on the other hand, you're a stressed out CEO, you might want to retain my services on an ongoing basis. A typical time frame might be three months, though you are likely to start noticing shifts and changes immediately.
4) Does Coaching work for everyone?
It works for anyone who is committed to change, whatever the change might be. If I feel that your level of commitment is less that 100% at the outset (and I WILL know!!) I will suggest that you come back at a later date or consider other avenues.
5) Isn’t Life Coaching a bit of a gimmick?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which forms the basis of my Coaching, is a technology that has been evolving since the 1980’s. It produces excellent, long lasting results. Does that sound like a gimmick to you?
6) Our parents never had Life Coaches. Why would I need one?
The world is a fast changing place and we have many resources available to us today that would have been unimaginable to previous generations. It is an individual choice as to whether we embrace the exciting new resources and technologies of the twenty first century.
7) Where are you based?
I do the majority of my Life Coaching in Central London.
8) Do you only coach your clients in person?
I do most of my coaching in person but also coach some clients via telephone.
9) Are you insured professionally?
Yes
10) Do you have your own Life Coach?
Yes, I do!
